So, usually I cover basic rumors that a lot of people are aware of, but this time I wanted to cover something that I found only covered on a few dedicated fan-sites for the game Mousio Cart.

Mousio Cart, if you don't know, is a mostly forgotten cart-racing spinoff for the Mousio series. You can play as a few of Mousio's enemies and barely-known friends. But there's one "character" that has confused fans of the game for years...

On the Slippery Snowy Slide map, there's an intersection on an ice bridge where you can see a Chump enemy, oddly recolored green, sitting in a cage just... staring at you. And because you're on a bridge, you can't go up to it or anything, even though you're like on its level.

People have tried to get as much momentum off the edge to ram his cage and set him free, but no luck... and although the game is notoriously hard to hack due to its very strict coding (which also makes it a very not-fun racing game XC), when the game was datamined YEARS ago people found an unused animation of the same cage swinging...

So maybe he was meant to mean something after all, hmmm? Could he have been swinging that cage to show his ultimate power?? We'll never know for sure.
